Luxembourg scaleups expand through a mentor-led growth programme

Luxembourg’s Fit 4 Scale programme supports growing companies that have moved beyond finding a market for their products and are preparing to expand internationally.

The programme provides mentoring, and the story features five companies, including Financial Navigator, Partao and Kidola.

Financial Navigator connects more than 13,000 banks and business systems in one platform for financial operations, and says its revenue has roughly doubled each year.

It is preparing an equity funding round for 2027.

Partao has built a dataset of 66 million agricultural parts records covering 70,000 vehicle types, helping customers identify and sell products across brands and markets.

Kidola manages childcare operations for nearly 2,000 centres in Luxembourg, France and Belgium, serving more than 60,000 children.

It has won an agreement with a network of more than 400 daycares and is rolling out its software there.
