Pérez-Llorca seeks up to €100 million to refinance debt and fund expansion
Spanish law firm Pérez-Llorca is seeking €85 million to €100 million in loans to refinance debt and support its international growth.
It has hired investment bank Alantra to advise on finding lenders.
About €50 million would refinance existing debt, while the rest could fund the integration of law firms in Latin America.
Pérez-Llorca has expanded into Mexico, Colombia and Peru since 2024, following earlier growth in Portugal.
The firm’s expansion has helped it rise to fourth among Spanish law firms by revenue, with more than €200 million in global revenue last year.
The proposed loan would run for six or seven years, with the principal due in full at the end.
The firm says it has received some interest from potential lenders, but has not started talks and does not expect to close the deal this year; it could be completed next year.
