Zood launches 2.5-billion-riyal Élevée project in Riyadh
Zood Real Estate has launched the Élevée development in Riyadh’s Al-Nakheel district.
The project is valued at more than 2.5 billion riyals and is designed by Spain’s Elia, with Jadwa Investment as a strategic partner.
Its eight towers will include homes, offices and hospitality spaces, including a hotel and serviced apartments, alongside separate buildings for shops.
More than 40% of the development is planned as open space and greenery, with gardens and walking paths.
The project also plans shared amenities such as a nursery, pools, restaurants, a gym and round-the-clock security, with facilities varying by building.
Its location connects by the Northern Ring Road to King Abdullah Financial District and King Khalid International Airport.
Delivery is planned by the end of 2029.
