UN refugee agency launches campaign urging everyday acts of care
UNHCR’s Korea office has launched a campaign called “Yunanhae,” a phrase combining the agency’s name with “be with.”
It asks whether being unusually attentive is really a bad thing, and says care and action can help change the world.
The campaign aims to encourage concern for people who need help, including refugees.
Its digital page features a film with AKMU member Lee Chanhyuk and information about UNHCR’s work.
Visitors can answer eight questions in an interactive quiz to find one of six types reflecting their everyday choices and actions.
The results can be shared on social media, and artists including Mong, Sseogeora Susisaeng and Kikiun are also collaborating to spread the campaign’s message.
