Genoveva Casanova has reappeared in Madrid after spending about a year away from public view in Spain.
The Mexican-born public figure was photographed walking with an unidentified companion after they had lunch together.
They later went their separate ways, and Casanova went to an appointment with her dentist.
The photographs also drew attention to her toned arms and casual outfit.
She stepped back from public attention after photos of her with Frederik of Denmark in Madrid three years ago, and she took legal action over those images.
