Mazda folds the CX-70 into the 2027 CX-90 lineup

Mazda is folding the two-row CX-70 into the CX-90 lineup for the 2027 model year in the United States.

The CX-90 will come with either two or three rows, but two-row versions are offered in only two trims.

The three-row CX-90 can seat up to eight people, while the two-row models provide an alternative for buyers who do not need a third row.

Prices start at $41,345 for the Turbo Select, and the entry two-row Turbo Premium Sport costs $48,525.

Mazda has revised the rear suspension to improve comfort over rough pavement, and its plug-in hybrid models are designed to run more quietly at low speeds.

The lineup change replaces the CX-70 with a more flexible CX-90 range, while keeping two-row choices limited to select trims.
