Actress Anna Safroncik said her relationship with dancer Leonardo Lini is professional, not romantic.

They are paired on Italy’s 2026 season of Ballando con le Stelle, where Lini is her dance teacher.

Safroncik said they spend much of the day together because her performances depend on his guidance, so seeking his approval is natural.

Their partnership has drawn attention after weeks of arguments and rumours about a possible romance.

Safroncik previously apologised after blaming Lini for not supporting her during a difficult performance; she said seeing her mother in the audience caused her to lose focus.

The pair have made peace and returned to the dance floor, earning approval from most of the judges.

Both said they are single, but neither confirmed a relationship between them.

They are continuing to compete together on the show.
