Mauro Icardi says he is open to returning to Inter Milan

Mauro Icardi is considering a return to Inter Milan, where he played before leaving in 2019.

The 33-year-old Argentina striker is currently without a club after his Galatasaray contract ended.

He left Inter after a dispute and later played for Paris Saint-Germain before joining Galatasaray in 2022.

Icardi says leaving Inter was painful and that a return would matter only if both sides trusted each other and wanted to pursue shared goals.

He says he still has more to give and wants to contribute and win if he returns.

He has received offers but says he is waiting rather than accepting a project he does not fully believe in.

His next club has not been decided, and he says he is considering his options.

However, returning only makes sense if we both trust each other and pursue a common goal.
