Infomaniak will not publish interim results in December
Geneva-based cloud and IT provider Infomaniak recently began trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
The company said it will not publish interim results for the period ending 31 October 2026, and removed a 10 December date from its financial calendar.
That date came from the previous calendar of Perrot Duval Holding, which had a financial year ending on 30 April.
After Infomaniak took over Perrot Duval through a reverse takeover, the company changed its financial year to match the calendar year.
Infomaniak said results for the period ending in October would not reflect the new group’s business and would not provide a useful basis for comparison.
Its half-year results to 30 June 2026 are already included in its stock-market prospectus.
The next financial results it plans to publish will cover the year ending 31 December 2026.
