Bank Neo Commerce shareholders approved Christian Lesmana as CEO, replacing Eri Budiono, whose resignation was also approved.
They also approved Yosea Iskandar as the bank’s compliance director.
The appointments will take effect only after Indonesia’s financial regulator, the OJK, approves both candidates in fit-and-proper tests and other requirements are met.

Lesmana brings more than 24 years of financial services experience, including senior roles at banks in Indonesia and Singapore and work at digital wallet DANA.
