Five Indian companies plan IPOs seeking nearly ₹2,600 crore

Five companies plan IPOs in India next week, seeking to raise nearly ₹2,600 crore in total.

The offerings are EAAA India Alternatives, SFC Environmental Technologies, M. K. Sons Fine Jewels, BLS Polymers and Bombay Coated and Special Steels.

Subscriptions are scheduled to open from October 26 to 29, with the companies operating in areas such as investment services, wastewater treatment, polymers, steel and jewellery.

An IPO is a company's first sale of shares to the public, though some of these offerings also include shares sold by existing owners.

Some proceeds will fund expansion, working capital or debt repayment, while EAAA India Alternatives' offer is entirely a sale by its parent group, so the company will receive no proceeds from it.

The IPOs come after a busy period for India's primary market: 104 companies have raised more than ₹1.4 lakh crore through IPOs in 2026 so far.

Investors can subscribe during each offer's stated window, with closing dates running from October 28 to November 2.
