Mom’s Touch launches four Chinese-style burgers and chicken items

Mom’s Touch has launched four items in a second menu collaboration with Chinese cuisine chef Hu Deok-juk in South Korea.

The collection includes three burgers and one boneless chicken dish, using XO and kung pao sauces to add Chinese-style flavours.

The partnership follows an earlier collaboration in March, and Mom’s Touch says its headquarters is covering the related advertising, contract and recipe-development costs.

The company is offering a limited number of daily discounts on a set through its app until October 25.

Separately, No Brand Burger’s two new items sold over 100,000 in a week, according to parent company Shinsegae Food.

The Hook and Punch burgers ranked first and second in the chain’s sales, ahead of its previous top seller, Grilled Bulgogi; an app promotion offering fries and a drink with either burger runs through October 28.
