Toronto added 194,442 electors to its voters’ list since 2023

Toronto’s voters’ list has grown by 194,442 people since the 2023 election.

The increase was concentrated in a small number of wards, with Spadina-Fort York seeing the largest rise.

The report’s author said candidates have little data on these new voters.

That can make it harder for candidates to understand and reach them.
