Andy Weir and Benjamin Percy created Exoplanet, a seven-episode science-fiction audio drama for Audible.
The story follows survivors of a starship disaster after a quantum anomaly tears their ship apart.
The crew members crash-land in different eras on the same deadly planet, where they are hunted and short on time.
The cast includes Anthony Mackie, Ariana DeBose and John Leguizamo, with sound design from Lucasfilm’s Skywalker Sound.
Weir says he wanted to bring back full-cast radio-style entertainment with acting and sound effects.
The series launched exclusively on Audible on Nov.
