The Imaginary Invalid Revival Opens on Broadway as Reviews Arrive

Roundabout Theatre Company's revival of The Imaginary Invalid opened on Broadway on October 22, and reviews are now appearing.

The production is at the Todd Haimes Theatre in New York and is scheduled to run through November 22.

The play is a comedy by Molière, translated by Doug Skinner and adapted by Bill Irwin.

It follows Argan, a man who treats himself as constantly ill and tries to marry his daughter to a doctor to save money on medical bills.

Irwin plays Argan, and Brandon J. Dirden directs the production in his Broadway directorial debut.

Playbill says it will keep adding reviews as they come in.
