Amazon unveils new Echo speakers, smart clock and photo frame
Amazon announced a new range of Echo devices, including updated speakers and a revamped Echo Show 16.
The announcements include the Echo Time smart alarm clock and Alexa Photo Frame, alongside an Echo Studio speaker with a camera.
Amazon says the camera provides a live view of the home without recording footage and can help adjust audio to the room and the people in it.
The refreshed Echo Dot has an upgraded speaker, four microphones and a chip designed to support more natural conversations with Alexa+.
It can also serve as a smart home hub and, with Eero routers, a Wi-Fi extender.
The new Echo Dot is available for $99, while its kids version costs $110.
The Echo Studio with Camera costs $250, and Amazon says the devices can use Alexa+ features to respond to questions and personalize experiences.
