BTS album Arirang passes 5 billion Spotify streams
BTS’ fifth studio album, “Arirang,” has passed 5 billion Spotify streams, its label BigHit Music said.
That makes it the most-streamed album released in 2026, with 2 billion more streams than the runner-up, Olivia Rodrigo’s “You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love.”
The album’s lead song, “Swim,” is nearing 1 billion streams, and all 14 tracks have passed 200 million streams each.
“Arirang” is BTS’ first full-group project in nearly four years, released after all the members completed mandatory military service and reunited.
The album drew more than 110 million streams on its release day, March 20.
It also became the first group album to lead the Billboard 200 for three straight weeks since 2012.
