Lee Da-hyeon makes strong start in Japan's SV League
South Korean middle blocker Lee Da-hyeon has made her SV League debut with Japan's NEC Red Rockets Kawasaki.
She joined the club on loan from South Korean team Heungkuk Life for the season.
She scored 28 points across her first two matches against Victorina Himeji, including 11 points from blocks.
Accounts differ on her points and blocks in the first match, but agree she scored 12 points in the second.
NEC lost the opener but won the rematch 3-1, with Lee scoring the block that secured the final point.
Her early impact matters because she is adapting quickly to a new team and league after limited time training with NEC.
She is due to return to Heungkuk Life next season, and NEC's next listed matches are away games against Astemo.
