Glasner says Forest need balance between discipline and trust

Nottingham Forest manager Oliver Glasner says his team needs more discipline while preserving trust among the players.

Forest are 19th in the Premier League and have not won or scored at home in the league.

The team has lost four of its past five games, including a 2-0 defeat at Brentford last weekend.

Glasner used Woodstock and military service as contrasting images for a relaxed team and a strict one, saying Forest needs a balance of fun and high performance.

He said he had delayed setting out his standards because he hoped things would change, but the Brentford match convinced him to speak up.

Glasner says he accepts responsibility for the team's failure so far, and remains in communication with Forest's ownership and senior staff.

He is not under immediate pressure, and the club wants stability after having four managers last season.
