Barry Keoghan shares video of his second Xerf skin-tightening treatment

Actor Barry Keoghan shared a video of his second Xerf skin-tightening treatment, performed by facialist Nilam Holmes.

Holmes said she has cared for his skin during film, campaign and other work.

Xerf uses radio-frequency technology and does not involve injections, according to the clinic’s website.

The outlets gave different prices for a session, ranging from about $3,300 to $3,500.

Keoghan said the treatment made him feel better about himself, and Holmes said his skin had improved over several years.

Earlier this year, he said online abuse about his appearance made him withdraw from social media and avoid going out.
