Eztec third-quarter profit falls 53.4% to R$85.4 million

The São Paulo-based property developer's revenue fell 26.2% to R$346.4 million over the same period.
Its gross margin also narrowed, partly due to losses and provisions, including R$12.7 million set aside for cancelled property deals.
