Diana Ross to play her first Australian show in over 20 years

Diana Ross will perform in Sydney on March 5, 2027, in her first Australian appearance in more than 20 years.

The one-night concert will take place at Centennial Park during Sydney’s Mardi Gras weekend.

Ross last performed in Australia in 2006, with shows in Sydney and Melbourne.

She became famous as the lead singer of The Supremes before building a successful solo career across soul, pop and disco.

British electronic duo Groove Armada will support with a DJ set.

The show is billed as Ross’s only Australian performance, making it a rare chance for local fans to see her live.

The concert is part of the Sydney Summertime series, and organisers say more acts will be announced.

General tickets go on sale November 11, after presales begin on November 9 and 10.
