Kindiki warns delayed government contractors they could face prosecution
Kindiki warned contractors that taking public money without completing projects could lead to penalties, including prosecution.
He said the government would seek to recover money paid to contractors who fail to deliver.
He also said 177 billion Kenyan shillings had been secured to help complete projects across the country.
The warning matters because delays can waste public money and hold up infrastructure that communities need.
