Lotte Construction Volunteers Harvest Crops for Seoul Residents
Lotte Construction held volunteer events on September 19 and October 24 in Gaehwa-dong, in Seoul’s Gangseo District.
About 80 employees and family members took part as members of the company’s Charlotte Volunteer Group.
They harvested sweet potatoes and other crops from a community garden.
The volunteers also made flower baskets.
The crops and baskets were to go to local residents through Deungchon 4 Comprehensive Social Welfare Center.
The events brought company volunteers together to prepare food and flowers for people in the surrounding community.
