Cadillac Mines reports gold intercept and third shear at Galloway
Cadillac Mines says drilling at its Galloway gold project in Quebec found 10.96 grams of gold per tonne over 4.4 metres.
The interval is in the Moriss Zone, about 30 kilometres west of Rouyn-Noranda and roughly 75 metres down-dip from previous drilling.
The company also identified a third shear zone at Moriss.
The zone lies about 400 metres west of Galloway’s main trend, and its gold mineralization is associated with pyrite-bearing veins and shear zones.
These are the first results from Cadillac’s inaugural drilling program at Galloway, following its acquisition of Fokus Mining in April 2026.
The findings add evidence of gold mineralization at Moriss, but the announcement gives no further details about the program’s next steps.
