Aaron Rodgers moves to third on NFL touchdown pass list

The Pittsburgh Steelers played the NFL’s first game in Paris on Sunday, with quarterback Aaron Rodgers making history.

He became the first quarterback to play international games in a different country in three straight years, after games in London and Ireland.

During the game, Rodgers threw his 540th regular-season touchdown pass, a four-yard completion to tight end Darnell Washington.

That moved him past Peyton Manning into sole possession of third place on the NFL’s career list.

Tom Brady holds the record with 649 touchdown passes, while Drew Brees is second with 571.

Rodgers has said he plans to retire after this season, making his place on the list unlikely to change much.

The Steelers entered the game seeking a third straight win after starting the season 2-2.
