Renault, Hyundai and Nissan cut prices on small cars in Mexico

Renault, Hyundai and Nissan are offering price cuts on small cars in Mexico.

Renault’s Kwid Intens falls to 199,900 pesos with promotions, more than 52,000 pesos below its list price.

Hyundai’s Grand i10 starts at 240,400 pesos after a 50,000-peso bonus that can also go toward a down payment, accessories or financing costs.

Nissan’s March is also named among the models with a 50,000-peso price reduction.

The offers target some of Mexico’s more affordable cars, where buyers may compare price, equipment and financing terms.

Renault says the Kwid is now made in Colombia rather than Brazil and adds features including a digital instrument display and six standard airbags.

Hyundai’s advertised monthly payment starts at 2,399 pesos, but applies to a specific financing plan and requires credit approval.
