Adani Enterprises plans up to ₹40,000 crore in annual spending
Adani Enterprises plans to spend ₹35,000 crore to ₹40,000 crore a year over the next couple of years.
The Indian company says airports, data centres and a PVC complex will drive the spending as it expands its infrastructure and manufacturing businesses.
Airports and data centres are already contributing to a shift from building projects toward earning more from them.
In the first half of the year ended September 2026, the company’s EBITDA, a measure of operating earnings, reached a record ₹11,958 crore, up 56 per cent from a year earlier.
Its eight airports handled 21.3 million passengers in the September quarter, while its data-centre joint venture had more than 1.2 gigawatts of capacity contracted.
The 1-million-tonne PVC complex at Mundra is about 60 per cent complete, and its first part is expected to start operating in the next financial year.
The company also expects its data-centre operational capacity to reach 120–150 megawatts by the end of the current financial year and approach 500 megawatts over the following 12–18 months.
Adani Enterprises plans annual capital spending of ₹35,000 crore to ₹40,000 crore over the next couple of years.
Airports, data centres and a proposed PVC complex are expected to drive the spending.
