Timex launches black Intrepid watch with purple accents
Timex has introduced a new version of its Intrepid watch called the Intrepid x Dimepiece Blackout Edition.
It was created with Dimepiece founder Brynn Wallner and Foundwell’s Alan Bedwell, and takes design cues from Lara Croft of Tomb Raider.
The watch pairs a black steel case with a cream dial and purple accents, while keeping the 36mm size of the earlier collaboration.
The original Intrepid first appeared in 1995 with a much larger 46mm case, and the previous Timex-Dimepiece collaboration launched in 2025.
Most of the new edition’s changes are cosmetic, while its features include a quartz movement, a rotating bezel, dial illumination and 100 metres of water resistance.
It is listed for $269 in the US and £225 in the UK, and Timex has not announced any further plans for the model.
