Woman, 46, dies in collision with truck on road near Jeurre
A 46-year-old woman died in a crash with a truck on Friday morning near Jeurre, in France’s Jura department.
The collision happened at about 11:30 on the D27, as the woman’s car and the truck were travelling in opposite directions.
The woman was from Chassal-Molinges and died at the scene.
Early accounts say the truck driver lost control on a wet road while descending a hill, and the vehicle spun before hitting her car.
