Janhvi Kapoor Says Shikhar Pahariya Took Study Break to Support Her

Janhvi Kapoor said Shikhar Pahariya came back from London after her mother, actor Sridevi, died in 2018.

Kapoor shared the story in an upcoming episode of the Indian chat show Koffee With Karan 9.

Pahariya took time away from his studies and stayed in Mumbai so he could be nearby if she needed him.

Kapoor said they were not officially dating at the time, and she learned later that he had stayed at a friend's home for about a month.

His support came during a painful period for Kapoor after Sridevi's death.

The episode is scheduled to stream on JioHotstar on October 28 at 7 p.m.
