Comic Cmoa Suspends Service After Possible Unauthorized Access

Comic Cmoa has suspended its ebook store after identifying possible unauthorized access to its servers on October 15.

The service is an online store for electronic books in Japan.

The company stopped the service to investigate what happened and is carrying out emergency maintenance.

Its website was also reported to be inaccessible while the service was down.

The cause and extent of the impact remain under investigation, and the company has not confirmed what information, if any, was affected.

Comic Cmoa is working to restore the service and says it will share new information as it becomes available.
