Live Nation to Move Backstreet Boys Fans From Obstructed Seats

Some fans who bought Backstreet Boys presale tickets in Toronto later learned their Rogers Centre seats had obstructed views.

The concerts are part of a residency scheduled for 12 shows from February to March 2027, after demand led to more dates being added.

Fans say the view warning was missing when they bought tickets through Ticketmaster, and some learned about the issue through online posts or after contacting the company.

Several buyers paid hundreds or thousands of Canadian dollars, and some later saw comparable seats listed at lower prices with obstruction warnings.

Live Nation says affected fans will be moved to comparable seats with full views before their shows.

The company expects to contact those fans in the coming days, but the reports do not say whether buyers will also receive refunds.
