Amper completes purchase of Teltronic in deal worth up to €225 million

Amper has completed its purchase of Teltronic from investment firm Nazca Capital in a deal worth up to €225 million.

Teltronic, based in Zaragoza, makes secure communications equipment for defence and other uses.

The deal values Teltronic at €155 million, with up to €45 million in additional payments tied to targets and Amper taking on €25 million of debt.

Amper will pay €111 million in cash and the rest of the €155 million valuation through new shares.

Nazca now owns 7.75% of Amper, while public-private investor Cofides will hold 32% of the subsidiary used for the purchase.

Nazca bought Teltronic from China’s Hytera in July 2025, and Amper says the acquisition will strengthen its position in defence and security communications in Spain and overseas.
