Apple listing points to a new iPad mini Smart Folio
Apple’s French regulatory website lists a new Smart Folio for iPad mini under model number A3632, which does not match an existing product.
The document is dated September 8, 2026, but it is unclear when Apple added it to the site.
A new accessory could signal physical changes to the next iPad mini, since the sixth- and seventh-generation models share the same Smart Folio.
Apple is rumored to introduce a new iPad mini later this month, with an OLED screen and other possible design and hardware changes.
Reports disagree on whether its display will support 120Hz ProMotion or stay at 60Hz; Apple has tested both options, but its final choice is not confirmed.
The listing suggests a new model may be coming, but it does not confirm when Apple will announce it or what the device will include.
