Casio launches two G-Shock watches with star-patterned dials in Japan
Casio is releasing two new G-Shock watches in Japan: the GM-S2110NS-8AJF and GM-S2110NS-1AJF.
Each costs ¥29,150, or about $185, and is available for pre-order before shipping later in November.
Their main new feature is a textured star pattern on the dial, made using pressing, sunray finishing and printing.
The watches keep the 2100 series’ stainless steel octagonal bezel and use bio-based plastics in the bands and some case parts.
Both models are shock-resistant and water-resistant to 200 metres, with a battery life of about three years.
They also include world time, alarms, a stopwatch and a backlight, alongside analog hands and a digital display.
The watches offer a smaller-sized option in the G-Shock range, and Casio says they fit wrists measuring 145 to 190 millimetres.
