Bournemouth beat Sparta Prague 3-1 to extend winning run to seven matches

Bournemouth beat Sparta Prague 3-1 in the Czech capital after falling behind in their Europa League match.

Tyler Adams equalised after Sparta defender Tobias Guddal was sent off, and Evanilson and Rayan scored late goals.

The win extends Bournemouth’s run to seven straight victories in all competitions.

It also gives the club, playing in Europe for the first time, four wins from four in the Europa League.

Bournemouth are top of the league-phase table and are in a strong position to reach the last 16 directly.

Their next step is to continue the league phase; the match reports do not give details of their next fixture.
