Sumo wrestler Enho has announced he is married, his Isegahama stable said on October 20.
The 32-year-old, whose full name is Yuya Nakamura, competes in the Juryo division, just below sumo’s top division.
The stable has not identified his spouse or said when they married, and says a press conference is planned soon.
Enho is a popular wrestler known for his skill despite being smaller than many of his rivals.
A serious neck injury kept him out for seven tournaments and led to his rank falling to sumo’s lowest division.
