Lotte Opens S70 Seongsu Le El Housing Showcase in Seoul
Lotte Construction has opened a showcase for its S70 Seongsu Le El project at Le El Castle Gallery in Seoul's Gwangjin district.
The pop-up runs through Nov.
2 and is open to members of the Seongsu 4 district redevelopment association and the general public.
Lotte was selected in July to build the Seongsu 4 district redevelopment in the Seongsu Strategic Redevelopment Zone.
The company presents the project as a sixth-generation high-end residential space, combining design by internationally known architects with safety technology, AI and robots, and arts and culture facilities.
Visitors can view a model and design features, and virtually experience wider parking spaces at the gallery, which is built as a floating exhibition space by the Han River.
Lotte says it wants to make the pop-up part of an ongoing cultural program about future housing and living, rather than a one-off event.
Visits require advance reservations, which can be made by searching for Le El Castle Gallery on a portal site.
