Henry Bolte’s strong finish gives Athletics a center-field option

Injuries to several key Athletics hitters gave younger players more chances in 2026.

Henry Bolte made the most of his opportunity, hitting well late in the season and playing strong defense in center field.

That could put him in line to start there next year.

Other young hitters also got experience, but their roles are less certain.
