Noelo Hills launched a 100ml moisturising cream on November 2 for newborns and young children.
The Korean baby skincare brand says the cream is designed for dry skin and can be used on the face and body.
The company says a study found hydration lasted 100 hours and found temporary reductions in skin redness and temperature after use.
The test involved 20 adult women aged 36 to 59, so it did not test the product on babies or young children.
The cream is intended for use after bathing, before the skin dries, and can be reapplied to dry areas.
Noelo Hills also introduced a 3,000-won trial kit with an 8ml cream, sample sachets of lotion and gel wash, and a first-purchase discount coupon.
Both products are being sold through the brand’s Naver store.
