UN chief António Guterres visits Indonesia and is due to meet Prabowo
UN Secretary-General António Guterres arrived in Indonesia on 17 October for a visit scheduled to run through 19 October.
He was welcomed at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport near Jakarta by Foreign Minister Arrmanatha Christiawan Nasir and other officials.
Guterres is scheduled to meet President Prabowo Subianto during the visit.
The meeting gives Indonesia and the UN a chance to discuss shared concerns and strengthen cooperation.
Police will close roads temporarily as the official motorcade passes, then reopen them.
The affected routes include streets in Jakarta and the Bogor area, including Gatot Subroto, Sudirman and parts of Sentul.
