Wonju to Hold Fall Flower Exhibition at Gangwon Gamyeong

The city of Wonju in South Korea will hold its fourth fall flower exhibition at Gangwon Gamyeong from October 21 to November 1, 2026.

The site will close temporarily from October 14 to 20 while preparations are made.

Visitors can take part in activities such as making flower sachets and small bouquets, and planting chrysanthemums and houseplants.

The program will also include traditional tea and hanbok experiences, which are free and do not require advance booking.

Some floral craft sessions require advance registration, with 20 places available per session on a first-come basis.

The exhibition will use flowers supplied mostly by local farms and expand activities run by young farmers, linking the event to local businesses.

The expanded culture program is intended to give visitors more ways to experience Korea’s cultural heritage during the exhibition.
