Saudi developer Al Majdiah wins two 2026 Stevie business awards
Saudi real estate company Al Majdiah won two international business awards in the 2026 Stevie Awards.
It received gold in the medium-sized real estate company category for its “Inspiring Life” strategy, and silver for achievement in the real estate sector.
The judges cited 22.6% growth in net profit, to 261.9 million riyals, as well as a 36% gross profit margin.
They also noted that all units in the Al Mashreqia 1 project sold within three hours and that the company developed 2.5 million square metres and delivered more than 18,000 homes.
The homes serve more than 70,000 residents, and Saudi nationals make up 70% of the company’s workforce, according to its awards submission.
The company says the recognition will support further expansion and sustainable growth as it continues work on urban development in Saudi Arabia.
