Ryan says Frydenberg is focused on past as he alleges abuse in 2022 campaign

Josh Frydenberg says supporters of Monique Ryan abused him and his staff during the 2022 campaign.

Ryan did not directly address the allegations, saying her focus was on local issues.

The former treasurer’s comments have renewed speculation that he may run against her again.

The next election is due before mid-2028.
