US resumes sharing missile intelligence with Ukraine, Zelensky says
The US has resumed sharing intelligence with Ukraine about Russian ballistic missiles, President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Sunday.
The information-sharing had been paused for several days, and Ukraine did not receive warnings during Russian missile attacks over three days.
The intelligence helps Ukraine detect incoming missiles and defend its cities.
Zelensky said the US is the only country with this specific information, and thanked Washington for restoring the exchange.
Restrictions on Ukraine's Starshield service are still in place, he said, amid a dispute over the satellite system used by Ukraine's military.
The US administration has denied that it ordered restrictions on the service.
Zelensky hopes to hold talks with US officials next week, possibly on October 20 or 21, as tensions continue over US support for Ukraine.
