True North Copper expands Mt Oxide exploration corridor beyond 4km

True North Copper has extended its prospective copper corridor beyond 4km at the Mt Oxide project in north-west Queensland.

Rock chips collected at Chidna North, about 2.5km north of Aquila, graded up to 3.01% and 2.38% copper.

The company has mapped a new 180m structural zone there, but much of the northern area has not yet been tested by drilling.

More than 1,000m of drilling is complete at Aquila, where the company is seeking to define a maiden mineral resource.

It plans 4,000 to 6,000m of drilling across Aquila and Vero by the end of the year, with a first Aquila estimate targeted for mid-2027, subject to results and further work.

Vero already has a 15.03-million-tonne copper and silver resource, and drilling to test extensions is planned to start in November.

Assay results from the current drilling are expected in stages from December through March 2027 and will help shape the next campaign.
