Survey finds 39% of British singles have used AI in dating
A Match Group survey of 3,000 British singles found that 39% had used AI in their dating lives.
The share rose to 66% among Gen Z and 53% among millennials.
People use chatbots to get dating advice, plan dates, practise conversations, write profiles or messages, and check whether profiles seem genuine.

A 51-year-old man in Australia said AI helped him reconsider a profile he had nearly overlooked, and he later found that his partner had also used a chatbot to analyse his messages.
But about a third of UK singles said they would end a date if they learned the other person had used AI to write messages.
Match Group says it opposes bots talking to each other, while people continue to use AI as a tool in dating.
