Apple Surveys iPhone Duo Buyers About Screen and Camera

Apple Surveys iPhone Duo Buyers About Screen and Camera

About two weeks after the iPhone Duo launched, Apple emailed some buyers a survey about the foldable phone.

The questions cover its closed-screen size and visible crease, as well as whether the under-screen camera distracts users and how well it takes pictures.

The phone has a 5.4-inch outer display, while its camera beneath the inner screen is 4 megapixels.

That camera was one of the main complaints in reviews, and the survey asks buyers what they would add or change.

Apple is also asking why buyers chose the phone, including whether they wanted to try the company’s first foldable device.

The survey does not ask about some other reported concerns, including display cracks near the hinge and problems with apps that are not optimized for the phone.

Apple often conducts surveys after a new product launches, but no changes or next steps are announced.
