Applications open in November for 944 homes near Paju’s GTX-A station

City Construction is taking applications for a new apartment complex in Paju, South Korea.

The project’s third and fourth blocks will have 944 homes and 171 retail units, with apartments ranging from 60 to 115 square metres.

Applications are scheduled for November 2 for special supply, November 3 for first-priority general applications and November 4 for second-priority applications.

The two blocks have different result announcement dates, so applicants may apply to both, subject to the detailed rules in the recruitment notice.

The complex is next to Unjeong Jungang Station on the GTX-A line, which the developer says will put Seoul Station about 22 minutes away by train.

The homes are expected to be ready in July 2030, and the project is subject to a price cap, has no owner-occupancy requirement and carries a three-year resale restriction.
